Web TV and Video on Demand
...Major Internet TV & Video Sites

This section will catalog some of the more reknown, resourceful and significant web sites devoted to watching TV on your personal computer. There will be many but we will not list them all. Of special interest are interactive sites that offer television or videos from a wide diversity of outside sources. On the other hand, sites that offer only their own in-house programming are too numerous to list. Pay sites will generally not be listed unless they have some special preeminence, pioneer status or other editorial preference.
